We are looking for a full-time employee to work in an exciting and vibrant customer service environment. Qualified candidates will have some sales/retail experience, have outstanding customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills. must love to work in high energy office, have strong multi-tasking skills and be willing to work some evenings/weekends.
We are looking for someone who can help our team keep strong relationships with current and future residents. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills. - Enter prospects into management software
- Schedule showing appointments with prospects
- Follow-up on all showings/reschedule
- Assist with leasing paperwork, move-in folders and keys
- Assist with application input and processing for tenant screening
- Assist with marketing
- Enter maintenance works orders
- Assist with inquiries on leasing, management, maintenance and other issues and redirect calls as necessary.
