We are looking for a full-time employee to work in an exciting and vibrant office and support environment. Qualified candidates will have outstanding customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills, must love to work in high energy office, and have strong multi-tasking skills.
We are looking for someone who can organize, track, input and monitor leases and tenant information. Additionally, candidates must be organized,detail oriented and possess strong computer skills. Performs leasing administrative duties to include:
- Inputting leases
- Verify documents
- Contact tenants for renewals
- Complete rental verifications for previous tenants
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, “people-person” with strong sales and customer service skills. You may share leasing duties with other leasing consultants, maintaining office hours 5 days a week (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays; and weekends as needed).
